Naturopathic Medical Staff

Dr. Youngren is nationally board-certified by the North Atlantic Board Naturopathic Exam and licensed to practice medicine in California. A graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Science, Dr. Youngren completed her undergraduate training at the University of Minnesota and pre-medical training with a biochemistry concentration at San Francisco State University. Dr. Youngren’s two-year clinical internship included all naturopathic modalities. Dr Youngren completed a one-year fellowship in Environmental Medicine under the directorship of Dr. Walter Crinnion. Her medical training also included pharmaceutical medications and their interactions with natural remedies.

She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the California Naturopathic Doctors Association. Dr. Youngren focuses on environmental health when addressing each patient, with specific interests in Women’s Health, Preconception Care, and Fertility.
